Terms of Use — Tracely

1. Overview

By downloading or using Tracely, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Service Description

Tracely is a mobile application that lets you record walking routes, compares the shape of your route to a weekly target shape using AI scoring, and ranks results on a weekly leaderboard.

3. Weekly Attempts and Subscription

Free Each calendar week, you receive one free walk evaluation.
Pro Additional evaluations (up to five per week in total) require an active subscription.
Plan Subscriptions are offered on a weekly or yearly basis through the Apple App Store.

4. Subscription Terms (Apple Standard EULA Supplement)

💳 Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the price of the chosen plan.
You can manage and cancel your subscription via your Apple ID account settings after purchase. No refunds are issued for the current period of an active subscription that was not cancelled in time.
To manage your subscription: iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Tracely

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the app for any unlawful purpose.
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the app.
Submit fake GPS data or otherwise manipulate the scoring system.
Use the app in a way that risks your physical safety (e.g., walking in traffic while focused on the screen).

⚠️ Safety Notice: Please focus on your surroundings, not the screen, while walking. Your physical safety is entirely your own responsibility.

6. Disclaimer

Tracely is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or perfect accuracy of GPS data or scoring. You are solely responsible for your physical safety while walking.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tracely and its developer will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the app if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time from the Profile screen.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The most recent version will always be available at this URL with an updated "Last updated" date.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
